Individual Counselling

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults (18+) who are looking for support with emotional difficulties, life transitions, or patterns of behaviour that no longer serve them. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, grief, or a general sense of being overwhelmed, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and build resilience. Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs, offering a safe and confidential space to explore whatever feels most important to you.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can be one of the most rewarding—and challenging—parts of our lives. I work with couples who want to deepen their emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict in more constructive ways. Whether you’re facing a specific crisis or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples therapy can help you better understand each other and build a more secure, honest, and supportive partnership. I am currently training in couples therapy in both the UK and US, drawing particularly on Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model.

ADHD in Teenagers

Therapeutic Coaching for Young People (Ages 11–17)

Adolescence is a time of rapid emotional, social, and psychological development — and for many young people today, it can feel overwhelming.

I offer therapeutic support for young people aged 11–17, combining elements of counselling and coaching to create a space where they can express themselves openly and feel truly heard.

Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each individual and may support young people facing challenges such as:

* Anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm
* Derealisation and depersonalisation
* OCD and intrusive thoughts
* ADHD, attention difficulties, and impulsivity
* Online pressures, including social media stress, screen fatigue, and digital comparison
* Bullying and peer difficulties (both in-person and online)
* Friendship and relationship struggles, identity confusion, or family conflict
* Low self-esteem, lack of motivation, or academic pressure
* Negative self-talk, perfectionism, or feelings of not being “good enough”

Through a supportive and engaging approach, I help young people develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence. Therapy with adolescents involves working relationally, at their pace, and using creative or coaching-based tools when appropriate to empower them to navigate this complex stage of life.

If you’re a parent or carer concerned about a young person’s wellbeing, feel free to get in touch to discuss how I can help.

School Services

In addition to my private practice, I also offer therapeutic support for schools. This includes one-to-one sessions for students, emotional wellbeing workshops, reflective spaces for staff, and consultation on creating psychologically safe environments. My work with schools is designed to promote mental health awareness and early intervention, helping young people and educators build emotional literacy and resilience. If you’re a school leader or pastoral staff member seeking support for your students or team, I’d be happy to discuss how I can help.
